About the Founder
Personal Life
I live with my family in a beautiful village in Hampshire. My two black labs, Willow and Sybil are regulars in the office and are great for making me step away from my desk.
While I frequently travel to London to get my much-needed hit of energy and fast-paced atmosphere, I also value the serenity of coming home to the countryside.
Professional Journey
I have always been a people person, and after spending 10 successful years with a leading search firm, I decided it was time for a new challenge. In 2009, I founded Keller Monroe, driven by a vision to provide a more personalised and tailored approach to the world of headhunting.

From the outset, I was determined to break the mould. I wanted to move away from the traditional, time consuming, old-school executive search model and fee structure. Time and again, I was told that my approach was refreshing – because in the industry I work in, a rigid, corporate mindset simply doesn’t resonate.
I started Keller Monroe because I believed there was a better way to serve clients – a more human way. People want real conversations, authentic connections, and someone who truly listens to their needs. That’s where I thrive. My ability to get to the heart of what drives someone – their goals, values, and aspirations – isn’t just a skill; it’s my passion. And finding the perfect cultural fit for an organisation?
